Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Ride)

Job description
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance planning and execution, Minimum 6 years’ experience in leading a technical team.

     

    Main Duties

    • Carry out periodic checks and preventive maintenance on rides and playgrounds
    • Report and document all works accordingly
    • Fault searching and problem solving in case of standstills in order to have the rides back in operation in a short time
    • Be pro-active towards making adjustments, ordering spare parts and identifying any problematic equipment.
    • Ensure that you and your team are operating safely and have received proper training to perform their duties.
    • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

     

    Required Skills

    • A registered Diploma or Degree in engineering from a reliable school
    • Certifications for trainings, participations and licenses, in engineering
    • Profound mechanic and/or electric-electronic knowledge
    • Understanding/ Managing processes and documentations
    • Heavy / Light,  vehicle and equipment licences
    • Ability to clearly report and communicate in English in both oral and written form
    • Understanding/Maintaining /Programming control logic system
    • People Management skills
    • Good PC knowledge, MS Office
    • Work experience in a theme-park environment
    • Work experience in a system integration environment
    • Electrical / Mechanical worker licences
    • Hydraulics / Pneumatics licences or certificates of training
    • WHSE certifications
    • Work at Heights Supervisory Certificates
    • PLC training / competency certificates
    • Worked as an installer or service provider or maintaining of rides and attractions
