Job description
  • Candidate must have minimum 10 years of customized software development project experience, out of which minimum 2 years as Agile Coach.

     

    Skills

    • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership.
    • Minimum 3 Years experience as Agile Coach.
    • Certification such as CSP, CEC, PSM-2, CSPO and SPC.
    • Experience building cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent Written and Oral communication.
    • Excellent listener, possess outstanding facilitation skills and conflict-resolutions skills.
    • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: TDD, Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, Automated Testing.
    • Excellent mentoring skills

     

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
    • Supervise and participate in knowledge codification and creating value based priority plan, adapting product backlogs, monitoring using agile toolsets to increase the predictability, productivity and quality of our engagements.
    • Guide teams, organization and clients on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
    • Regularly assess the Agile and Scrum maturity of the teams through retrospectives, metrics and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
    • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
    • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Engineers with regards to the application of Agile practices.
